Zielwertaspekte für Mobilfunkanwendungen

Zum Schutz der individuellen und öffentlichen Gesundheit werden basierend auf dem heutigen Kenntnisstand aus wissenschaftlichen Daten und Empirie folgende Zielwerte vorgeschlagen:

- GSM Sendeanlagen für die Summe worst-case im Freien 10 µW/m², in Innenräumen 1 µW/m²
- DECT-Basisstationen, WLAN-Sender, Bluetooth-Sender und UMTS-Basisstationen sollten zumindest um den Faktor 10 (bezogen auf die Leistung) strenger bewertet werden.

Schnurlostelefone und Mobiltelefone sollten generell nur für wichtige und dringende Gespräche verwendet werden.

Kinder und Jugendliche sollten Schnurlostelefone und Mobiltelefone wenn überhaupt, dann nur für Notfälle verwenden.
